Retro: Sorority Boys

This was not a good movie, but some of the themes were worthwhile and the gurls sometimes looked nice:

Resist: Support Drag on Campus

"After L’Beau’s first performance, Audacity Twinx, Angel Divinity and Vivi Dreams took the stage one-by-one. Photo by Menghan (Han) Zhang."

I found this news story from last April about students at the University of Arkansas, yes Arkansas, holding a drag show despite threats from the state legislature to ban their expression.

One of the performers in April 2024 was the beautiful Vivi Dreams.

The show also featured the lovely Audacity Twinx, but she does not seem to allow for embedding of her Insta pictures.

Gobsmacked

The title of this post is British slang for utterly astonished.

Heidi Audacity

I believe Heidi Audacity is a college student. She has participated in the "Davis is Burning" drag show at her University of California campus and is featured in lots of promotional materials. Read this interview for more information about her.

This set of photos of Heidi is kind of amazing.

The frat has a Facebook page for Davis is Burning and that website hosts several videos featuring Heidi. She's enchanting:

There are also some performance videos of Heidi on youtube, mostly lip-synching and dancing. This one is typical:

Delta Lambda Phi

I know that many readers of this blog are interested in "womanless" beauty pageants and weddings. What about fraternity drag shows?

Delta Lambda Phi chapters frequently host annual events with terrific femulations. I found some pictures posted on Flickr by the chapter at Southern Illinois University, though I could not tell if these are professional queens or amateur college students. What do you think? In other years, the chapter definitely hosted professional queens from St. Louis. This may be Siren:

On Youtube, I found a set of videos from the annual toy drive "Extravaganza" at the University of Texas-Austin chapter. This is Sakura Jane, who lip synchs and dances a little bit. She's young, tall, thin, leggy and quite lovely. I'm not 100% sure if she's a student, but I think she is:

More college drag coming soon.
