Lana Wachowski makes interesting films, including "The Matrix" and "V for Vendetta." When she started making movies in the 1990s with her brother Andy, they were known as "the Wachowski brothers." Lana is transgendered.

In this terrific speech, Lana accepts the 2012 VisibilityAward from the Human Rights Campaign:
